: Hai-gull Sumitomo Zhuhai Headquarters Production Base
Walking into the factory area, the magnificent building comes into view. Seagull has a total of 7 factories in China, of which the largest headquarters production base was established in 2007, located in Doumen District, Zhuhai City, with a complete set of production and operation systems such as design, development, manufacturing and warehousing, and the comprehensive production capacity is at a high level in the industry.

Entering the workshop, the person in charge of the workshop patiently explained to us. Kaimomi has successively introduced equipment and production lines such as KWC low-pressure casting, IMR gravity casting, precision forging, production-oriented machining centers (precision CNC machining) and multi-axis (12-axis) combined processing machines, hydroforming, PVD (vacuum ion coating) powder spraying and electroplating gantry lines.

In particular, it is worth mentioning that Seagull pays attention to the automation and mechanization of production, and the Zhuhai production base has introduced a robot grinding and polishing automatic line to achieve efficient and high-quality automatic operation.

Came to the third line of electroplating of the zinc alloy plant, which was officially put into operation in February this year, and harvested again. The electroplating three lines have many advantages such as high degree of automation, product consistency and stability, low energy consumption, high yield and high output.

On the afternoon of
June 14th, the team of Shenzhen Jimendi Marketing Center arrived at the Guangzhou factory of Seagull Residence. First of all, we came to the in-plant testing laboratory accredited by IAPMO Laboratory, and the product laboratory accredited by CNAS Laboratory in China. Here, we strive for excellence by conducting tests such as pulse test, salt spray test, plating thickness test, and product service life test.
